If you have children who are out of a stroller and under age 13, their entertainment options are a little more limited. There is stuff for them but the vast majority of attractions appeal to adults.

Beacon Hill Park, has a petting zoo, large playground, water park, beautiful gardens, majestic coastline and walking distance from downtown.

Royal BC Museum, this is a great museum with lots to do and look at and features many renowned touring displays for example Leonardo Da Vinci and Titanic. www.royalbcmuseum.bc.ca
IMAX Theater, right beside the museum, always an interesting show to watch. www.imaxvictoria.com
All Fun Recreation, a 20 minute drive out of town or take public transit number 56/57 will get you there. www.allfun.bc.ca
There are various recreation centers all over town that have swimming pools and have activities geared towards kids.
